Drivers are facing delays after a car burst into flames at a busy roundabout.
Witnesses reported seeing the black vehicle on fire at the Maldon Road roundabout in Colchester this evening.
The car, near Southway, can be seen on fire with smoke billowing out of it.
Fire crews can also be seen at the scene.
One witness said: "Car on fire by the police station roundabout. Traffic at a standstill."
In a video from a witness a fire crews can be seen extinguishing the flames with a hose.
