A12 blocked as road surface breaks up
There are delays on the A12 because of problems with the road surface.
Essex Traffic Control Centre has reported the road surface is breaking up.
One lane is blocked on the northbound carriageway prior to Kelvedon north, junction 24.
Queues are going back to junction 22, Witham north.

Update 11.40am
Traffic is also slow on B1024 northbound through Kelvedon.
Update 12.50pm
The incident has now been resolved, however some delays remain.
