Man to appear in court today charged with rape
A MAN from Dovercourt is set to appear in court charged with rape.
Joe Jordan, 24, of Manor Road, will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court today.
He is also charged with taking a motor vehicle without consent, driving while disqualified and using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance.
The charges have been brought in connection with an incident alleged to have taken place in Harwich on July 17.
He was remanded to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court.
