Three rookie councillors are appealing for youngsters to stay safe on the coast.
It comes in the wake of a double death after a group of men and woman jumped off Clacton Pier in July.
But beach-goers are still not getting the safety message with police and coastguards attending similar incidents since the tragedy.
A man leapt off Walton Pier twice last week - and was helped to safety each time.
The disregard for safety advice has prompted district councillors Stephen Mayzes and Danny Mayzes, 23 and 19, and Harwich town councillor Ben Howlett, 20, to sound a "Be Safe Along the Coast" message.
They hope their appeal, backed by their youthful image, will stop youngsters putting their lives at risk.
