IT was ‘to infinity and beyond’ for the babies who took part in a sensory class in Stanway.

Plenty of babies showed up with their parents for the weekly session at The Stanway Rovers Football Club.

This week the theme was superheroes, and parents were able to dress their tots up in capes, or t-shirts with their favourite superhero on the front.

The babies were fascinated by the colourful lights, bubbles, balloons and music.

Carmen Saunders, owner of Baby Sensory Colchester and Tendring, said: “It was just another week for the babies at Baby Sensory Colchester.

“This week was their superhero theme, where they where saving the world from the evil villain.

“There where lights, balloons, fabulous music and even a giant Batman.”

The classes are for babies aged up to 13 months old.

Carmen added: “This week was very interactive with music and activities.

“It was entertaining and stimulating for all the babies, helping the babies reach their milestones.

“They were shaking maracas tracking balloons, and looking around the exploratory area.

“Some mums even got into the spirit and dressed their babies up as superheroes.”
