INDEPENDENT businesses are preparing for another town centre festival.
The Trinity Traders - a collective of firms based in Trinity Street, Colchester, are hosting their fourth annual Trinity Street Summer Festival on Sunday, May 20.
The free event will be held between 10am and 4pm and is designed to be a village fete in the town centre which includes singing, dancing, games a dog show and stalls.
Previous events have seen more than 800 visitors and organisers are keen to attract more stallholders. Places are priced at £25 and set up begins at 9am.
