Help needed! - Don Quinn is hoping someone has a recipe for the Colchester Biscuit
RUMOURS about the Colchester Biscuit have been coming to me for years.
Ever since I helped you revive the Colchester Pudding with Jamie Oliver, people have been telling me about this elusive biscuit.
Yet I cannot find a recipe!
I wonder if any of your readers know the recipe?
We want to bake some for then Colchester Food and Drink Festival on June 23 and 24 in Lower Castle Park.
