Temporary traffic lights are causing congestion this morning
TRAFFIC is building on a road in Colchester due to temporary traffic lights.
There is slow moving traffic in both directions in Mersea Road, at the junction with Stansted Road, due to roadworks and temporary traffic signals.
Update 11.22am - The traffic is still slow moving
Update 1.10pm - The traffic has now clearedÂ
