GO Outdoors has re-opened following more than a month of being closed after an arson.
The Turner Rise Retail Park store was severely damaged after a fire started outside on November 22.
A spokesperson for the company confirmed the Colchester outdoor clothing and equipment shop is now open in time for the New Year's sales.
Despite the original suspect being released without charge, a spokesman for Essex Police confirmed the investigation is still live.
Police had also appealed to find a second man but he has never been found.
Anyone with information or who has dashcam footage from around the time of the incident at 2.20am can contact Colchester CID on 101 quoting incident 41 of November 22.
Alternatively, information can be given to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
