Children were treated to a train ride with Father Christmas himself as a railway museum got into the festive spirit.
The Colne Valley Railway’s Steam with Santa event began on Saturday and saw families enjoy a luxurious ride in Pullman coaches while Father Christmas handed out presents to all the children.
There were other events held throughout the day, including a visit to the signal box and model railway.
Visitors also had the chance to enjoy a special ride in the museum’s Diesel Railcar.
The Steam with Santa event, will continue to run in the lead up to Christmas.
The next addition takes place this weekend across both Saturday and Sunday.
