One lane blocked on the A12
TRAFFIC is building on the A12 this afternoon after a lorry broke down.
One lane is blocked northbound between junction 27 at Spring Lane and junction 28 near the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Traffic is slow moving.
UPDATE 4.30PM: All lanes have now re-opened
