A WOMAN was taken to hospital after a crash with a car.
An air ambulance, an ambulance crew and rapid response vehicle all attended the incident yesterday evening on Tidings Hill, Halstead.
A woman was treated for head and facial injuries at the scene before being taken to Colchester General Hospital for further care.
An east of England ambulance service spokesman said: “We were called at 6.41pm yesterday (9th October) to reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and a pedestrian on Tidings Hill in Halstead.
An ambulance crew, a rapid response vehicle, a community first responder and the air ambulance from East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) were sent to help.
At the scene they treated a female for head and facial injuries. She was taken to Colchester General Hospital for further treatment.”
