Daniel Maher, pictured bottom left, was found with serious injuries
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a Maldon man.
Daniel Maher, 46, was found with serious injuries, inside a property in Mount Pleasant, Maldon, shortly after 7pm on Saturday, September 30.
He was declared dead at the scene by ambulance staff.
An inquest into his death is due to open this morning.
Police are treating his death as unexplained.
Investigations are being conducted to establish what happened.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
