A12 carriageway blocked by a metal pole near Chelmsford
A lane on the A12 near Chelmsford was blocked this morning by what was reported to be a metal pole.
The object was causing delays near the Howe Green junction onto the A130 from around 7:45am.
Drivers were being forced to steer around the long object, causing traffic to slow down.
The incident was cleared at around 11:45am.
