A MAN accused of a campaign of harassment against his ex-partner has appeared in court.
David Kemp, 41, was charged with 14 offences relating to a former partner and a further charge of possession of cocaine.
Kemp also faced one charge of burglary in Colchester at an address in Albany Gardens in Colchester on August 2, where an engagement ring and other items were taken, when he appeared before Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
He did not enter pleas for any other offences.
Kemp, of Hillside Terrace, Braintree, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, four counts of assault, burglary, two counts of criminal damage, three counts of theft, fraud by false representation, harassment, fraud and possession of cocaine.
He will next appear in court on September 18.
