A HOSPICE has signed a new lease to open up a new store in Maldon.
Farleigh Hospice's new retail shop will be at 28 High Street in Maldon, and will open on Saturday July 22.
Their existing premises at 112 High Street will close on Saturday in preparation for the move.
The 112 High Street shop is listed for sale, along with their previous day hospice building in the Bentalls Complex in Heybridge.
The money raised from the sale of these two properties will help to fund a new day hospice location in the area, which is part of Farleigh Hospice's ongoing strategy.
The hospice would like to extend an invitation to all past and present customers, residents, and visitors to Maldon to join them at the launch of their new shop next Saturday from 10am.
