A second man has been arrested in connection with the death of 20-year-old Quhey Saunders at Cobham Service Station in Surrey last week.

Officers investigating the incident which happened on Monday June 26 have arrested a man on suspicion of murder.

This is the second arrest as part of this investigation.

Earlier today the inquest into the death of Hughie Saunders, known as Quhey, from Stanford-le-Hope, was opened at the Surrey Coroner’s Court, and then suspended.

Officers are still keen to speak to every witness that was in the petrol station between 3 and 3.30pm on Monday 26 June.

In particular there is a man shown in the store on CCTV wearing military or camouflage clothing who could have very valuable information for the investigation.

Simon Daniel Baker, 22, from Green Lane, Outwood near Redhill, who was charged with the murder on Monday 3 July, appeared at the Old Bailey earlier today.

He was remanded in custody and will appear at Guildford Crown Court on 13 November 2017.
