One lane blocked on carriageway due to broken down vehicle
A BROKEN down vehicle is blocking a lane on the A12.
One lane on the A12 is blocked Londonbound between junction 25 at Marks Tey and Junction 24 at Kelvedon.
Traffic is queuing back to junction 27.
The incident happened at about 7.45am.
UPDATE 8.27AM: The traffic is now back to junction 28 at the Weston Homes Community Stadium
