AUDITIONS for young talent to appear on stage in a production of Beauty and the Beast will take place in June.
Polka Dot Pantomimes are once again working with Tendring Council to produce a dazzling show for all ages.
The theatre company is casting its net wide for boys and girl aged between nine and 18 to audition.
No previous dance, acting or singing experience is required - just a genuine interest in theatre.
Between 18 and 24 youngsters will form three teams to play on alternate days during the production run.
The dramatists will perform alongside professional principle actors and a celebrity whose name is secret for the moment.
Auditions for this year’s pantomime will take place on Saturday, June 25, at the Princes Theatre in Clacton, from 10am until 12pm.
Children wishing to audition must be no younger than nine by September 1 2017.
Some performances will also require permission for children to the released from school.
To book an audition download an application pack from polkadotpantomimes.co.uk or email admin@polkadotpantomimes.co.uk
Alternatively call 01775 712359 and the pack will be posted.
