COFFEE giants have denied two allegations of failing to give employees health, safety and welfare duty.
Representatives from Costa Coffee appeared at Colchester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday after an incident where an employee was injured while cleaning out a refrigerator at their store in Tollgate Road, Stanway, on December 31 last year.
A case management hearing has been scheduled for May 12 at Basildon Magistrates' Court.
