Detained - Will Quince is surrounded by police cadets
THE law caught up with Colchester's MP when he was detained by police cadets.
The teenagers, also from Colchester, were invited to join the Tory MP on a tour of the House of Commons.
The Volunteer Police Cadets (VPC) is supported by the Police and open to young people aged 13 to 18.
