A MAN has been flown to hospital by air ambulance after a multi-vehicle crash on the M11 near Stansted Airport.
Police are still at the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on the southbound carriageway of the M11 between junctions 8 and 9.
A man has been flown to hospital with what is believed serious injuries.
Traffic on the southbound carriageway has been stopped and the northbound carriageway was briefly closed to allow for the landing of the air ambulance.
