Delighted - Margaret Brodie and Debbie Hurley
THERE was an air of celebration at a care home after a balloon company donated more than £200 to their activity fund.
Heart2Heart Baloons based on Iceni Way, Colchester, raised the cash with a raffle over the Christmas period, and owner Debbie Hurley handed over the money to Foxburrow Grange.
Mrs Hurley has a personal connection to the specialist nursing and dementia care home in Colchester given her mother-in-law died of the disease a year ago.
Activities co-ordinator Margaret Brodie said: "We are so thankful to Debbie and her team at Heart2Heart Balloons.
"We always encourage local business to help support their local community and are delighted that we have been chosen to be their beneficiary."
