Police are appealing for information to trace a man they want to speak to about the theft of a motor vehicle and making off without payment.
Jamie Happer, 43, of no fixed abode, is believed to be living in the Colchester area but also has links to Grays, Harlow and Chelmsford.
He is slim with short dark hair and is known to also go by the name James Harper.
Officers want to speak to him about the theft of a white Talbot motor caravan in Old Harlow between June and September 2016 and an incident of making off without payment from a BP service station on the A414 near Harlow on July 17.
Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call Pc Jamie Dawson at Harlow Police Station on 101.
