A SUPER-FIT house husband who made it to the final of ITV’s Ninja Warrior has fallen at the final hurdle.
Patrick Pretorius, 33, of West Bergholt, appeared on the show at 7pm where he was challenged with completing an obstacle course within three minutes.
After removing his lucky pinny, Patrick took a tumble in the first 20 seconds and was disqualified from the competition.
He was defeated by the precarious paddle boards, which tilt from side to side as contestants try to cross.
In the first round, keen climber Patrick powered through to the finish line in 1m 39s.
Cheered on by wife Rebecca, the father-of-two completed the semi-final course in three minutes, 44 seconds.
Patrick undertakes daily training, often involving his children, Riley, four, and Imogen, two.
