DO you recognise this man?
Police have released an efit of a man they would like to speak to regarding an attempted distraction burglary in Homefield Road, Colchester, on Friday, October 16.
Two men tricked their way into the house at 10.30am claiming they needed to upgrade the boiler system.
The occupant became suspicious and the pair left the house without stealing anything.
The man in the efit is aged between 20 and 30-years-old, over 6ft ft tall and of slim build. He had gelled back blonde hair.
His accomplice is white with a tanned complexion, around 5ft 8ins tall, aged approximately 40-years-old with a stocky build.
He had light brown hair which is long on top with shaved sides.
The suspects were driving a white 4x4 with tinted windows and a 2015 registration plate which may have been an Audi or Mercedes.
