AN award-winning conjurer is to add his own touch of magic to a London restaurant.
Michael J Fitch is to perform close-up magic at the tables of the Bread Street Kitchen.
With quick slight of hands, he is to entertain diners at the top restaurant which is owned by the temptuous celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.
Michael, who lives in Colchester, was spotted at the Ledbury restaurant in Notting Hill by James Petrie, the group executive development chef for Mr Ramsay's restaurants.
Michael said: "I had worked for the Ledbury a few times and was asked me to audition.
"I have always wanted to do magic in a London restaurant.
"I usually do private booking so it is great to be able to work like this with the general public.
"It is a great opportunity to show people who don't know my magic what it is all about.
"I am really excited about it. It is such a nice restaurant to work in with a great atmosphere."
Michael will perform on a regular monthly basis.
