ROTTING fish bits were dumped on a quay wall on Friday with a seafront trader claiming it was a targetted attack as part of an ongoing parking row.
Jackie Griffin co-owns Jack's Snacks with husband Paul, which trades from The Quay in Harwich.
The burger van has been serving customers from the spot near the Ha'Penny Pier for 18 years.
But on Friday when the couple arrived at the quay they discovered a slurry of fish and bones on the quay wall just feet from where they park their van and trade.
"Paul was trying to clear it away but was gagging, everybody was gagging - it was awful," Jackie said.
"It was rotten and there was loads of it, there must have been about four big buckets full."
