A TOURISM app developed to help people find out what is going in Colchester has been downloaded more than 100 times.
The app – which is called Colchester – can only be downloaded through Android’s Google Play at the moment.
An official launch and approval from smartphone giants Apple is still pending.
The project, which cost up to £100,000, was paid for through grants and Colchester is just the fifth UK destination to benefit from the app, behind London, Edinburgh, Bristol and the Isle of Wight.
