COLCHESTER Council will continue to be run by a Lib Dem-Labour-Independent coalition.
The combined parties have 33 seats, taking them past the 30 majority needed to form an administration.
The Conservatives are the only party not to be included, despite being the largest with 27 seats.
The official announcement was made at a meeting this morning.
The cabinet line up will be revealed later this month.
