West Dunbartonshire Council is to boost support for victims of asbestos and their families in Clydebank, dubbed the cancer capital of Europe, with a #25,000 grant. The cash will go to Clydebank Asbestos Group, a volunteer organisation which offers advice and support to people with asbestos-related diseases.
