Plans for former Odeon cinema to be submitted this week
PLANS to transform Colchester’s former Odeon cinema are due to be submitted this week.
Ross Carroll wants to create three shops and 43 apartments.
His plan sees the art deco facade remain, with other parts of the building demolished.

The application process will take about three months.
If Colchester Council gives the go-ahead, the work will take about two years.
