WORLD champion pole dancer Kristian Lebedev passed on tips to women in north Essex.
Kristian visited the JC Pole School, in the Topnotch Health Club, Colchester.
The champion, from Russia, showed members some advanced skills during a master class at the Wyncolls Road gym.
Jennie Campbell, who runs the school, said: “It was amazing to have someone like Kristian here to pass on knowledge. He seemed to really enjoy it as well and I know all the members did.It was a chance for them to take things on from a top, top man.”
The school, which has been running for four years, has members aged between 15 and 65.
It works on boosting core strength, as well as improving muscles.

Classes take place on Tuesdays at 5.45pm, 7.45pm and 8.45pm, on Wednesdays at 1.30pm and on Thursdays at 7.45pm at 8.45pm.
