Traffic delays as lights fail
TRAFFIC lights have failed at a junction in Colchester, causing delays for drivers.
People have been told to avoid the junction of Wimpole Road and Old Heath Road following the problem, which started at around 2pm.
Engineers are trying to fix the problem.
