BURGLARS stole a century-old ring from a house in Clacton.
The crooks broke into the property on Reigate Avenue between 7.30pm and 8.45pm on Wednesday.
Whilst inside they stole a 100-year-old a men’s keeper style yellow metal band ring which is believed to be between 22 and 24 carats.
They also nabbed a ladies engagement ring with encrusted diamonds, a ladies dress ring, a men’s Citizen watch with a black crocodile strap and white face, and a men’s St Christopher pendent on a thick chain all of which are 40 years old.
A chunky ID bracelet, a three figure sum of pounds and a four figure sum of Euros were also stolen.
