Deceased Estate – S.27 of Trustees Act 1925 Re: Lucy Nicola Weston

Notice is hereby given in accordance with S.27 of the Trustees Act, that any person having a claim against, or in the interest of, the estate of Lucy Weston, retired social worker, of 30 Holst Avenue, Basildon, Essex SS15 5RD, who died on the 1st June 2013, should send details to Mr Andy Avraamides of 25 Chenies Drive, Basildon, Essex SS15 4AE by the 17th July 2014. After this date, the personal representative will distribute the property or any part thereof to which the notice relates, to or among the persons thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative has had notice, and in accordance with the Will and shall not, as respects to the property so distributed, be liable to any person whose claim the representative has not had notice at the time of distribution.
