DETECTIVES are appealing for information following an attempted burglary at a house in Washford Gardens, Clacton.

It happened between 7.30pm on Wednesday, March 19 and 10.30am on Thursday, March 20.

Damage was caused to the rear conservatory doors but nobody got inside and nothing was stolen.

Dc Louise Nellist, of Clacton CID, said: "If anybody witnessed any suspicious activity in the area please get in touch. I would also remind residents in the area to be vigilant and to ensure their properties are secure.”
