Plans submitted for 12 affordable homes
DEVELOPERS have submitted plans to build 12 affordable homes in Colchester town centre.
Housing association Chelmer Housing wants to build a mix of homes off Brook Street, near to Meadowbrook Court.
The proposals, for previously undeveloped land, shows six two-bed homes, four three-bed homes and two two-bed homes.
The properties will be managed by the housing association and rented out to tenants.
