So, thirteen unlucky people are faced with repair bills, the person who did it is unlikely to have the money to pay compensation and he will get a 'slap across the wrist' from our criminal injustice system when he appears in court. So it goes on!!!! Oh, I almost forgot to say, he will be entitled to free legal advice, paid for by us.

He may not have money but I bet he has a flash mobile phone.
Smash it up with a hammer in front of him. See how he likes his property damaged.

There was a spate of this back in 2005 in the new town area.
I remember our car getting scratched all over with a screwdriver.
One lady had a brand new Mazda 2 seat sports car literally for 2 days the person went all over it.
Eventually the chap was caught after attacking over 100 cars. Police had to go undercover to catch him.
I spoke to the lad recently who is homeless and he stated the he did not remember doing it whilst drinking some type of cleaning fluid.
Its difficult, there is the pain and tears in seeing your car being attacked. Then there is the issues with the perpetrators there is obviously and issue as to why they would want to do that on mass.
I do not have the answers but the experience was expensive and painful for us.
