THE organisation which enforces parking restrictions across north Essex is set to make money for the first time since it was set up.
The North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) has been running at a loss since it was formed in April 2011, but bosses say by March, the partnership will have produced a surplus of £21,000.
It is hoped the NEPP will break even in 2015/15.
