A TEENAGE freerunner who fell 30 feet through the roof of a derelict building has cheated death and made a miraculous recovery.

Jordan White, from Rowhedge, was just 17 when he landed on his head and was rushed to hospital by air ambulance in critical condition.

His family were worried he wouldn’t survive the fall at Rowhedge Wharf but the quick action of air ambulance paramedics saved him in April 2013.

Gazette:

Seven months on, and after intensive rehabilitation, he is on his way to recovery.

To say thank you for saving his life his mother Mary, father Kevin Grant and uncle Noel are running the Brighton Marathon to raise funds for the Essex Air Ambulance.

Kevin said: “Through the months of intensive care and therapy there has really been little time to reflect on many aspects of this drama."
