AN E-FIT of a flasher has been released to help catch a man who is scaring women.

Police are warning people to be vigilant after a woman from West Bergholt became the victim of a man indecently exposing himself for a second time.

On December 29, around 12.30pm he committed the act in front of her in Nayland Road, near to Westwood Park, and then got into a dirty black small hatchback car.

The same man had done this previously on September 30 when the woman was in London Road.

 

He is white, 5ft 9ins tall, slim build, early to mid 20s, dirty blonde short hair, blue eyes, clean shaven with quite pink skin.

He was wearing washed black jogging bottoms and a dark top or white hooded top.

 

Pc Dan Smith said: "I would urge the public, especially women, to be cautious in this area and contact me if they have any information or have been a victim themselves."
