Charged for not stopping after crash
A MOTORIST has been charged with failing to stop after hitting a pedestrian.
Ashleigh Sloan, 27, of Fowler Road, Colchester, is charged with failing to stop after a road accident, and failing to report the same accident.
She is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court on December 30.
The pedestrian, a man aged 43, suffered minor injuries.
