Man accused of limo fraud

A man has appeared in court accused of fraud.
Barry Cresswell, 31, of Station Road in Clacton, allegedly claimed to work for a wedding car company and offered to hire a woman a limousine.
Creswell appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court to face one charge of fraud by false representation.
He asked for his trial to be held a Chelmsford Crown Court and was granted unconditional bail until his next court appearance on January 2.
