Man charged with criminal damage
A man has been charged with criminal damage after the windows of an estate agent were smashed.
Five glass panels at East Anglia Property Management in North Hill were smashed at about 5.10am on Saturday.
Neil Cording, 60, of no fixed abode, will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Monday).
