Jewellery worth thousands stolen from home

JEWELLERY worth thousands of pounds was stolen from a house near Colchester.
Police were called to Wood Lane, Fordham Heath, following a burglary between 6.45pm and 10.15pm on Monday, September 16.
Thieves smashed glass in a side door and climbed out of an upstairs window.
During the burglary they stole a gold Cleopatra necklace, a yellow and white gold necklace, a gold rope necklace, a gold and diamond triangle bracelet, a gold diamond and two sapphire ring, a gold ring with emeralds, a gent’s Omega Speedmaster Moon watch and an Omega Deville gold watch with solid gold bracelet.
They were worth more than £2,500.
