Remembrance service for families who have lost a baby
12:54pm Monday 16th September 2013 in News
A REMEMBRANCE service for families who have lost a baby during pregnancy or shortly after birth will be held next Monday.
The service, organised by Colchester Hospital Trust’s chaplaincy team, takes place at St Michael’s Church in Mile End Road from 7.30pm.
It will include hymns, prayers, music from St Luke’s Chaplaincy Choir, a short address and a chance for parents to light a candle in memory of their lost baby.
Afterwards, parents can chat with each other and the chaplaincy and maternity teams over tea, coffee and biscuits.
