INSPECTORS have praised the foster care service run by Essex County Council.
An Ofsted visit in March found the service is effective, keeps young people safe and provides good outcomes, in a report published yesterday.
Children helped by the foster team were positive about their experience and the quality of care, while the youngsters were also doing well in school.
