How can this be?

The gazette ran a story only a few weeks back stating how satisfied customers were?

I suppose a Which led questionnaire as opposed to a Greater Anglia is less biased or made up!

Less than 60 words a story? Jim_bo's comment is almost as long!

Yes, only 2nd worst.

But don't worry i am sure they will be
champions next year.
No doubt we will also be paying more
to these jokers for this service.

Retired last June because of expensive and unreliable service from Greater Anglia Braintree-Stratford
Went to Hampton Court Saturday cost £8.90 each travel card from Epping and car park at £2.00
If we had gone from Braintree would have cost about £40 each travel card
Something needs to be done not much better than National Express used to be
Service was better when railways were nationalised
Ticketing was also less complicated

When the meet the manager events happen at 8.30 in the morning its hardly surprising nobody gives them any feefback worth while - most of us have to be in London to start work then.
The rollingstock is ancient and the fares are way too high. The cleansiness is a joke - my fear is needing the toilet when the trains are delayed - altogether an awful experience at the best of times.

This all goes to prove Mark Twain - there are lies, damned lies, and statistics.
