VILLAGERS are being asked for ideas on how to update a run down play area.
A public meeting is set to be held for residents to discuss plans for the Ramsey play equipment on March 1 at the war memorial hall.
Hall treasurer David Smith said: "The present play area on the recreation field is well past its sell by date and is old and tired looking.
"We want to update it and are looking for support from parents and children in the village.
"We want them to come along and give us ideas of what they want and hopefully get involved."
Mr Smith added that when the committee had some idea of what the children of the village want it will start to look for grant funding.
The meeting will start at 7.30pm.
